Please keep in mind that this is my first tutorial I ever made.
So please don't make a rude remark about this.
I worked really hard on it and tried my best to explain everything.
I know it's a little wordy, but I wanted to be descriptive.

Anyway, people have been asking me to do an eye coloring tutorial.
I guess how I do eyes is interesting, or pretty... something like that.
If you do decide to use my method then please give me credit in the artist comments of your piece.
I just want to share this with everyone even though I'm no expert.
Also keep in mind that the majority of this tutorial was meant for SAI users.
Only the very last step is done in photoshop and is optional.

This is a really good tutorial, but you can also do the glare effect on sai, all you have to do is change the layer to luminosity. (BTW the part about colouring the darker colour around the pupil was helpful to me) Thank you!

I didn't know I could do that in SAI.
I will try it out and see what I get.
I'm still pretty new to SAI, so I am still learning.
